Adaptive systems, accountable by construction.

We license the Assured Autonomy Governor and the Assured Learning Governor — two patent families that make adaptive AI provable. Non-invasive to deploy. Regulator-readable by default. Engineered to outlast the people negotiating the paperwork.

To make adaptive AI accountable to the people it affects — by producing evidence a regulator, an auditor, and an operator can all read from the same line.

Four principles. Repeated without apology.

I

Evidence before narrative.

A decision that cannot be audited should not be made. Every governed action — underwriting bind, actuation command, learning update, claims decision — produces a tamper-evident record. Narrative is what you tell a regulator; evidence is what the regulator already has. The record is what outlives the argument.

II

Non-invasive by design.

We do not replace, retrain, or redesign the systems we govern. We do not hold customer data by default. Removal is a configuration change, not a re-architecture. Your stack is yours. Your data is yours. Your exit is yours.

III

Bounded authority, not vetoes.

Autonomy is valuable precisely because it is bounded. Where a proposed action approaches the envelope, we narrow — throttling, deferring, rolling forward — rather than slamming the breaker. Graceful degradation is a design requirement, not a compromise.

IV

Institutional durability.

We hold the patent IP ourselves. No assignment. Licenses only. Long-duration counterparties deserve a long-duration posture — one that outlives any founder, any market cycle, and any single agreement.

I did not start this from a regulatory thesis. I started by trying to model the stock market and build a governor for algorithmic trading — one that could decide, in real time, whether a given trade should be taken at all. It worked. Barely — I was a retail trader, not a firm — but enough to prove the thing I cared about: a runtime governor can refuse a trade when the evidence says it should. Then it turned out to be a timeless problem: thousands of validated studies, each solving a version of it from a different angle. If we could monitor all of them, we could govern the system that runs any one of them.

From there I went to the brain. I wanted the governor to do what humans actually do under uncertainty — pattern-match against the full history of the system, not a narrow window. That became NeuroPRIN, the neurologically-inspired core that now sits inside both the Assured Autonomy Governor (AAG) and the Assured Learning Governor (ALG).

Once NeuroPRIN was formalized — Python, C++, shipped through ONNX, validated with the empirical evidence the safety world actually expects — I took it to autonomous driving, where getting a decision wrong costs lives. From there the same substrate expanded into insurance, commercial real estate, healthcare, lending, and agentic AI. The regulator on the other side of the table changes. The problem does not.

The ideas have been in me for years. The tangible, machine-formal concepts only became possible after pushing them through and cross-pollinating with others using the last generation of foundation models. The last three months of shipping have meant hitting daily and weekly caps on the most capable AI research plan available, plus the personal time and private capital to get it done. Patents filed. Trademarks cleared. Infrastructure paid. No outstanding ask.

Join me. Put wind in my sails, or let me show you how I can make us both win. Any programming language. Any model. Any industry — the governance substrate does not care which.

I am also the inventor of FlowFabric — a new standard for AI-agent interaction. Don’t believe us? TRUST us.
